An Evening for Self

Temple of your Inner Sanctuary with Savasana Mist, Lunar Bath Powder, Heart Oil, and Dream Mist. 

1. Preparation
Before you begin your ritual, set the mood in your space:

This can involve turning off your phone, lighting a candle with intention, lighting incense, putting on gentle music and making tea, 

 

2. A gentle stretch and sit

Taking some time to stretch and feel your body, sitting in meditation to bring your awareness to self and breath. Spray around your field now with Savasana Mist for a deep sense of awakened surrender. 


3. The Ritual Bath
Transform your bath into a luxurious, sacred experience with Lunar Bath Powder and Heart Oil:
- Draw the Bath: Fill your tub with warm water, adding Lunar Bath Powder as it fills. As it dissolves, imagine the water absorbing the energy of the moon, filling your bath with calming and cleansing properties.
- Soak and Reflect. As you soak, close your eyes and take luxurious deep breaths. Pour the heart oil generously onto your chest and massage your body in intentional loving connection, opening and healing your heart chakra, promoting love and compassion, casting out all stresses or tensions. Visualise any negativity melting away, replaced by a sense of peace and love. Spend at least 20 minutes in the bath, fully immersing yourself in the experience.


4. Journaling
After your bath, continue your ritual with a journaling session:
- Choose a cosy corner with soft pillows and a blanket, spray yourself in Dream Mist to support the Subconscious space to open and write freely: Let your thoughts flow onto the paper without judgment. You can reflect on your day, express gratitude, or explore your dreams and aspirations. Consider prompts like, “What am I grateful for today?” or “How can I show more love to myself and others?”
- Reflect and Release: Use this time to process any emotions and release what no longer serves you.

5. Restful slumber

Think about one positive intention you want to carry into the next day. This can be as simple as committing to kindness or focusing on self-love.
